Look at some Halloween & Christmas too

Because of my Mom...

I am finally getting around to sharing some of MY gifts from my Mom's gift of talent. Wow, what a week planning Halloween...Two boys...Darth Vader and James Bond. BECAUSE OF MOM, my house was decorated with amazing Halloween figures. She created a "vintage" witch on a pumpkin, which is my favorite. The boys love Nonna's gifts. Both of my boys adore decorating for holidays. Harrison begins January 1 planning every holiday for the year. What a gift from their Nonna to treasure their entire life. Hope you all enjoy!

My Amazing Mother

This is the beginning of our blog... My Mom is my best friend and one of the most amazing women I know. She has survived what I hope to never. This week my family experienced the 17th anniversary without my brother, Gene. I am so amazed that we keep surviving...Since his death our family has grown...My sister is almost 13 years old, I have 2 boys...Cam (9 1/2 years old) and Harrison (9 1/2 years old).

Since Mom's retirement, God has blessed her with creativity. Her two sisters, Dot and Shelia have joined her with what I call "Creative therapy." During these therapy sessions, they have started making and painting beautiful paper mache pieces that look "vintage." I hope to share these with people.

Looking forward to sharing a piece of my mother with all of you....There is too many wonderful things about her that I am too selfish to share! I will post pictures later! Missy Holt
